It is a guide on your healing journey and it is completely attuned to you, your process and a question you submit.
A HeArt Reflection helps with self-awareness, and generates self-compassion, warmth, trust, safety, peace and harmony, from which mental, emotional and physical suffering and/or negative childhood experiences, large or small, conscious or not, can be addressed, acknowledged, felt and healed properly.
A HeArt Reflection will bring you self-love, trust, clarity, healing, acceptance, inspiration, motivation and inner peace. It will help you to release stuck and heavy emotions, overcome fears that are holding you back, and to remember who you truly are.
A HeArt Reflection can be used as often as needed. It is therefore very efficient and it will save you years of psychological and/or emotional struggle.

How do I order a gift card?
Fill in the application form found above with the name of the receiver and the email address on which you want to receive the gift card. You can also fill in a personal message for the receiver. After filling in and submitting this form you can add the product to your cart and pay. After you have paid you will receive your gift card through email as a PDF file. This can take up to 1 day.
Can I also gift a finished HeArt Reflection to someone?
Yes you can. Then just fill in the application form HERE as if you would fill it in for yourself but then with the information of the person you want to give a HeArt Reflection.
I want to order more gift cards at one, how do I do that?
Fill in the application form and use the personal message field to enter the personal message of the first receiver AND to enter the information of the other receiver(s) (i.e. name(s) and personal message(s)). After sending the form you will be redirected to the payment page, add the number of gift cards to your cart and pay. After you have paid you will receive the gift cards (PDF) via email. This can take up to 1 day.
