There is no right or wrong when doing a visualization exercise. So, when you are being asked to visualize something, just work with what comes up first. If you can't visualize images, then work with feelings, words or colors. All is good! Place yourself in a quiet area where you can’t be disturbed, make it yourself comfortable, don’t get too warm or too cold, sit down or lie down and put on some headphones.
