What does your body wants to communicate with you when you pay close attention? The meditation also helps you to acknowledge your body for the beautiful intelligent being it is. It’s your vehicle, your temple, the physical manifestation of your beautiful soul and it helps you to embrace all of it!

What is a meditation?
A meditation is a relaxation exercise that you listen to with your eyes closed to get into silence and make contact with your inner world, thoughts, beliefs, feelings and state of being. It brings you into a receptive and calming state of being from which you can let go of stress, arrive in the present moment and surrender to life and your reality as it is right now.

How to listen to a meditation?
Just place yourself in a quiet area where you can't be disturbed, make it yourself comfortable, don't get too warm or too cold, sit down or lie down and put on some headphones. Close your eyes and surrender to the journey. You don't have to do anything but breathing and listening.
