This visualization exercise is an introduction to shadow work and helps you to meet the parts inside of you that are living in survival mode and scarcity, that believe that they are worthless and lack resources such as love, trust and validation, and that make you behave in ways that you later on regret. Get to know your shadow side(s), acknowledge them, shine light on them, listen to them, and integrate them into your being. Free yourself from them and transform yourself and your life!

What is a visualization exercise?
A visualization exercise is a self-inquiry and self-integration (or healing) exercise that brings you into a receptive and investigative state of being from which you can make contact with your subconscious mind, (re)discover who you truly are, and resolve, heal and integrate blockages and suffering at the root.

How to listen to a visualization exercise?
There is no right or wrong when doing a visualization exercise. So, when you are being asked to visualize something, just work with what comes up first. If you can't visualize images, then work with feelings, words or colors. All is good! Place yourself in a quiet area where you can’t be disturbed, make it yourself comfortable, don’t get too warm or too cold, sit down or lie down and put on some headphones. Close your eyes, let my voice guide you and surrender to the journey.
