This meditation is designed to help you tap into the most loving, soothing, comforting and healing mother energy there is, and to help you start with healing the mother wound.

Often, when we feel dysregulated, stressed, anxious, angry, sad or even depressed it is possible that one of our core attachment wounds, such as the mother wound, such as the mother wound, is triggered. To heal this wound you have to give the wounded inner child inside of you the mother love that it never received: presence, softness, acceptance, safety, warmth, tranquility, patience, time and forgiveness. This unconditional love, that we often desperately try to seek outside of ourselves, can only be found within, and given to you by… you! This meditation helps you with that.

What is a meditation?
A meditation is a relaxation exercise that you listen to with your eyes closed to get into silence and make contact with your inner world, thoughts, beliefs, feelings and state of being. It brings you into a receptive and calming state of being from which you can let go of stress, arrive in the present moment and surrender to life and your reality as it is right now.

How to listen to a meditation?
Just place yourself in a quiet area where you can't be disturbed, make it yourself comfortable, don't get too warm or too cold, sit down or lie down and put on some headphones. Close your eyes and surrender to the journey. You don't have to do anything but breathing and listening.
